The private villa is located in Jrvej, Armenia. The perimeter of the building follows a module grid based on a standard CMU block. Special importance is given to the maximum use of natural light and green areas.
The parlor, office and restroom are on the basement level. The first floor hosts the living and dining rooms, an open kitchen and a master bedroom. On the second floor, a large corridor with a skylight is surrounded by three bedrooms and one master bedroom. The roof is flat, and solar panels will be installed.
