The building is located in the Shengavit historical and archeological district, on the underground level of Garegin Nzhdeh Square, 4.8 km from the city center. The National Centre of Aesthetics initiates a new inclusive platform for alternative education here.

The crew and trainers of the Small Theatre, one of the main branches of the NCA, host the public and artists with or without disabilities to share their years of experience. The program is supported by the British Council Armenia.
