Shengavit became a highly industrialized district under Soviet rule, with large factories and manufacturing plants. After Armenia's independence, most heavy industry was abandoned or survived at minor capacity. Today this giant industrial part of the city is out of scale and can no longer serve as a proportional industrial "organ" for the country.

As a case study, ten desolate factories of the same structural type stand on the site in no particular order. The project installs shooting pavilions, theatres, cinemas, inclusive art centers, creative centers, workshops, co-working spaces, tour attractions and residencies in them. A transparent inclusive bridge connects all departments and makes them accessible to everyone. The rusty boiler house equipment is reused on site as decorative installation art.
